We have our own Homestays/ resorts in Munnar,Wayanad and Nilgiris, Well designed to illustrate the spirit of the travelers with a perfect blend of luscious green spaces and contemporary design and décor.

You will be the owner for one room for two nights and three days every year for consecutive five years.

• Entry for two adults and children below 10 years.
• Onsite amenities for you and your family to enjoy
• You can choose your holidays whenever you want.
• Accommodation will be strict with prior booking.
• You can transfer the stay to a friend or family as a gift.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Membership fee is nonrefundable at any cost. Pay once and enjoy every year without any maintenance fee or any hidden charge.
2. The card holder can select the destination in priority basis in the application form.
3. The member is eligible to stay two nights and three days in the respective Homestays / resorts every year for five years.
4. Member is eligible for double occupancy non AC room. Entry is for two adults and children below 10 years.
5. This membership assures only accommodation. Food charges, travelling expense, guide charges if any, will be extra. Onsite amenities can enjoy.
6. Accommodation is strictly with prior booking. Minimum one month in advance. Once booked and cancellation before one week of arrival will treat as availed the rooms…
7. Reservations / bookings are subject to availability.
8. Members shall abide by the standard House Rules and regulations of the Home stay/Resort to enjoy all the benefits during their stay.
9. You can choose your holidays whenever you want.
10. You can transfer the stay to a friend or family. During five years you are eligible for ten night’s stay. Opportunity to utilize this as per your wish.
11. After receipt of your application, along with membership fee in full, the membership card will be issued within a month.
12. The card holder should sign at the specified space provided to establish identify and as a token of acceptance of the terms and conditions.
13. The card should present while availing service in the prescribed Homestay/Resort.
14. The card holder is responsible for safe custody of the card and loss should inform the management. Duplicate card will be issued with Rs 250.
15.  If you are interested you can renew the membership and explore other destinations.
16. The Management will not be liable to any injury/loss suffered by the member or their guests, while in the Home stay/Resort premises, caused by or due to circumstances beyond the control of Hotel Management.
17. NESTIN HOLIDAYS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and the change of Homestays/ resorts without assigning any reason without any notice. But all the changes will be informed the members in correct time.
18. The management have the right to issue / reject such membership at any point of time without assigning any reason.
19. The management have the right to modify the schemes at any time.
20. This Membership card is the sole property of NESTIN HOLIDAY CLUB.
21. In case of any dispute raised by the member, the decision of General Manager will be final and binding, subject to above only Gudalur,Nilgiris court will have jurisdiction.
